Depending on order demand, please allow up to 2-7 business days for your order to be processed after purchasing. I will try my best to send out orders as quickly as possible!

Please be patient as national and global shipping delays may impact your delivery date. Expected shipping times are approximately as follows:

• For Domestic US orders: 3-7 business days
• For International orders: 2-4+ weeks

USPS tracking is provided for all major countries. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

I will not be able to ship to any country on the USPS Suspension list. Please refer to the USPS website. If I am unable to ship to your country for any reason, I will refund your order.

Please contact me within 24 hours if your address has changed. Once your package has shipped, I am unable to redirect it to another address. Customers are responsible for providing the correct address at the time of purchase.

All packages shipped to EU & UK will be subject to VAT import taxes. I will not be collecting or remitting VAT import taxes. Please contact your respective customs authorities to determine what additional costs you may incur once your package arrives in your country.

Please note that by placing an order, you (the customer) understand that you are liable for any customs fees/tariffs that occur or your package may be sent back. I, lynuyu, am not responsible for import taxes and they are not included in the item price or shipping. I will not refund any packages that are not picked up due to customs fees. If you wish to have your package resent, you will need to pay for shipping costs again.

Unfortunately, I cannot ship to Germany at this time due to the German Packaging Act (VerpackG). Thank you for understanding!
