Shipping Policies

When will my order ship?

Depending on order demand, please allow up to 2-7 business days for your order to be processed after purchasing. I will try my best to send out orders as quickly as possible!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please be patient as national and global shipping delays may impact your delivery date. Expected shipping times are approximately as follows:

  • For Domestic US orders: 3-7 business days
  • For International orders: 2-4+ weeks

Do you provide tracking?

USPS tracking is provided for all major countries. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you ship to my country?

I will not be able to ship to any country on the USPS Suspension list. Please refer to the USPS website. If I am unable to ship to your country for any reason, I will refund your order.

My address has changed

Please contact me within 24 hours if your address has changed. Once your package has shipped, I am unable to redirect it to another address. Customers are responsible for providing the correct address at the time of purchase.

UK Shipping

All packages shipped to the UK will be subject to VAT import taxes. I will not be collecting or remitting VAT import taxes. Please contact your respective customs authorities to determine what additional costs you may incur once your package arrives in your country.

Please note that by placing an order, you (the customer) understand that you are liable for any customs fees/tariffs that occur or your package may be sent back. I, lynuyu, am not responsible for import taxes and they are not included in the item price or shipping. I will not refund any packages that are not picked up due to customs fees. If you wish to have your package resent, you will need to pay for shipping costs again.

EU Shipping

As of Dec 2024, I unfortunately cannot ship to the EU due to the new GPSR laws. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding!

Return Policy / Order Issues

Can I return/exchange my order?

All sales are final and are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If you have any issues with an order, please contact me at lynnuyu@gmail.com

My order has not arrived

Once an order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure delivery. If tracking is provided and your package still has not arrived by the expected date, please contact your local post office prior to messaging me. I cannot compensate for any lost orders that are untracked. Thank you for understanding!

My package is damaged / part of my order is missing

Please contact lynnuyu@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the products within 48 hours of receiving the package. I will do my best to assist you in resolving the issue! If replacement products are sent due to damage, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs.

What do you use to make your art?

I create my digital artwork on an iPad Pro 12.9 inch (6th generation) and Procreate.

Do you accept commissions?

Currently, I am not accepting commissions. Any shop or commission updates will be announced on my social media pages!
